OUR MINISTRIES

God has given us a vision to feed, clothe, house, educate and deliver His people. He has blessed us with many ministries through which our goal is to achieve our vision on every level whether it be spritually, phyically or mentally.

Elect Ladies of God

Pastor Rudolph and Prophetess Lottie Chance founded the Elect Ladies of God Ministry in 1988. This organized ministry was designed to bring women into an intimate relationship with God.  In doing so, all women who are faced with life’s challenges would seek God’s counsel from this place of intimacy.  The foundation of Elect Ladies of God was built on the word of God which admonishes us to “let the older women teach the younger women” enhancing all areas that pertain to the woman - wife, mother, sister, friend, profession and calling in the ministry.Over the years, this ministry has preserved an atmosphere in which women can talk to each other about anything in a safe and confidential environment.  The founders’ vision was also to see women involved in activating their faith, enhancing their confidence and developing leadership skills all in an effort to become the best in the position which God has called every woman to as pertaining to his Kingdom.  Each woman is able to demonstrate their unique personality, share their many talents to enhance the ministry and encouraged to recognize that what they have to say is important to the body. The founders understood that in order to make the vision of the ministry possible, we must prepare ourselves and be in the position where we can produce extraordinary leaders  that will carry out the vision and mission to feed the hungry, provide for the unclothed and the uneducated.

As a result, this ministry has matured many strong leaders and teachers over the years such as Missionary Hannah Belcher (2006-2009) and Sister Esther Chance (2002 – 2005).

First Lady Lisa Chance, our current President is a depiction of such leadership and illustration of a true woman of God. She is an outstanding wife and mother as portrayed in her devotion to her husband and children as she looks well to the ways of her household.  She is leading by the Holy Spirit. There is such a gentleness with which she minsters which comes from her heart and the sincerity of the word that is in her. She embodies the complete love that God has and through her God chooses to express Himself to us. God is building her capacity as First Lady to share in this ministry with her husband, Bishop Reuben Chance.

The Elect Ladies of God meetings are held twice each month on Saturdays during which there is an open forum to discuss various topics such as “The Characteristics of a Virtuous Woman” and “The Role of the Woman.”  There are also studies and life applicant teachings on the women of the bible, such as Naomi, Ruth and Rebecca. In addition to regular meetings, the Elect Ladies also organizes Conferences, Prayer Breakfasts and Luncheons annually where women from several churches come together to fellowship and minister to each other as needed.

Whether you are a part of a congregation or not, we welcome all women to join us as we strengthen, support and encourage each other in all aspects of life to be what God has called us to be – Elect Ladies of God!

Children of the King

Children of the King (known as CK), is a youth and young adult choir within Fishers of Men Deliverance Ministries whose age ranges from 7 to 25 years. They are comprised of the members of Fishers of Men Deliverance Ministries. This group was formed back in 2001 and has been maturing musically, vocally and more importantly spiritually. This ordained group of young people is blessed to magnify Jesus and witness of His goodness through song.

Elect Lady Deborah Kelley is CK’s Choral Director. She has studied music and vocals at Community College of Baltimore County. Deborah has a keen sense of sound and arrangement. She has written songs for CK including their self-entitled theme song. She encourages CK members to write lyrics, even compose music for the group. That's the uniqueness of this group. In conjunction with Deborah's expertise, Brother Samuel Chance handles the musical composition and arrangement aspect as Music Director. Brother Samuel Chance has been playing the keyboard, piano and guitars for many years.

Their repertoire consists of songs that Christ Jesus has given its members, the directors and  ministers in Fishers of Men. People from churches and local coffeehouses have been blessed to hear "Make a Joyful Noise", "Seek Ye First", and "Get Saved." CK delivers a variety of musical styles including contemporary and a cappella coupled with two and three part harmonies.

This is just the beginning of what the Lord is doing in this ministry. The Children of the King's vision is to see devils cast out, the sick healed and souls running to get saved through their music ministry while spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. To produce and distribute countless CDs worldwide and conduct anointed ministering concerts is their goal.

Biblical Knowledge

The Biblical Knowledge Summer Youth Program was founded by Samuel and the late Michelle Chance. The program was designed to shape the youth in the body of Christ with sound principals from the Word of God. The founders envisioned youth being excited to study God’s word while building relationships with others of their age group.

From July 10th to September 4th 2004, the Biblical Knowledge pilot program fulfilled God’s plan. The results were successful in areas of participation, attendance, and completion. Over 30,000 scriptures were read and bible chapters memorized in their entirety. Activities such as pizza night, movie night, game shows, and an evening at the Baltimore Symphony were just a few of the events that contributed to sustaining a healthy Christian atmosphere without the involvement of worldly distractions. A system of responsibility was provided to the youth to improve social and organizational skills and more importantly, their biblical knowledge.

During the program's eight-week period, participants are divided into three teams. Each team chooses a name for their group such as "Christians in Action", "Keepers of the Commandments", and "Faith Keepers."  Each team member is responsible for completing their assigned bible readings and the team leaders ensure that all assignment sheets are completed on a weekly basis. Team members earn points for reading the bible, memorizing bible chapters, and answering game show questions correctly. Like the show “Jeopardy” a game show scenario is implemented to test memorization and comprehension skills of all team members. Other activities are structured to help improve the health and overall well-being of our youth such as soccer, basketball, hiking, bowling, biking, and camping. A special thanks to all of the parent volunteers who help make these activities a success and  to the youth advisors who are there for emotional and spiritual support by phone, email or one on one around the clock.

We envision the Biblical Knowledge Youth Summer Program expanding to include the participation of churches in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area as well as neighboring states. If your Youth Ministry is interested in participating in this program, please feel free to contact us for further information.
